The form stores your name, message, at least one contact method, the subject and source page. Technical request information helps prevent abuse.
Server copy retention
The server copy of a contact enquiry is kept for up to 90 days after the notification is handed to the mail system, or up to 180 days from receipt if the notification is not handed off. Business correspondence and backups have separate retention periods.
Purpose and retention
Information is used to reply, prepare a quote and manage any agreed project. It is retained while needed for those purposes and related legal obligations.
